Will it show under a white shirt?
Wear the White or Grey version under pale shirts and the Black one under dark shirts. A dark layer under a thin white shirt can show through, so match the tone of your layer to your shirt.
Which size should I order?
Use the size guide above: it works by weight, and we recommend the next size up if you sit between two. It should feel firm but let you breathe and move your arms. Not sure? Email your height and weight to contact@forzashape.com and we will tell you.
Does it stay in place, or roll up?
It is designed to sit flat under a shirt. If it rolls or shifts on you, tell us within 90 days and we will exchange or refund it.
Will it be too hot in summer?
Any close-fitting layer feels warmer than a bare chest. Pair it with a breathable cotton or linen shirt, wear it for a day, and if it is not comfortable for you, return it within 90 days.
I lost a lot of weight and have loose skin. Will it help?
It smooths and holds the area under your clothes while you wear it, so your shirt sits flatter. It does not change your skin or replace medical advice.
Is it too tight to wear all day?
It is meant to feel snug, not painful. If it feels too restrictive, check the size guide against your measurements and try the next size up.
How do I wash it?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Avoid bleach, fabric softener and tumble drying, and air dry to keep the compression.
Feel good in your shirt again.
Try it with your own shirts. If it is not right, you have 90 days to send it back.
